Why STAGE RIGHT?
A Passion for Child Development
We REALLY care about bringing the best out of your children. Nothing makes us happier or more fulfilled than watching the benefits of drama and the performing arts unfold in your children’s lives. It is a joy to see children shine their brightest when acting on stage, and we love sharing what we do with them. We are passionate about what we do and wholeheartedly believe in the benefits our school has to offer.
Expert Acting Instruction by Our School Teachers
Our leaders are all internationally trained, qualified drama teachers with extensive experience working with children. They believe in drama and performing arts education and live and breathe its benefits every day.
Developing Well-Rounded Children
The content of the workshops at our performing arts centre is specially designed to develop skills that benefit children both in and out of the classroom: Interpersonal skills, Creative Thinking, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Confidence in Physical and Vocal Expression, Emotional Recognition and Regulation, to name a few. The curriculum that STAGE RIGHT! workshops are based on results in learning outcomes in Skills, Knowledge and Context learning. This means that every single workshop has clear and defined learning outcomes that are explored and developed – even though it feels like fun and games.
A Decade of Excellence
Founded in 2011, STAGE RIGHT is a drama school that has been delivering high-quality, fun, and educational workshops in Hong Kong for over 14 years, bringing theatrical brilliance right to your fingertips.
Fostering Creative Expression
Our workshops inspire creativity in students. We provide opportunities for students to make and understand drama, recognising it as a practical art form in which ideas and meaning are communicated to an audience through choices of form, style and convention.
Building Confidence & Community
STAGE RIGHT! students LOVE their workshops and come back year after year. The most common feedback we get from parents is how much their children have learned and how much they love the friendships they make.
A Pathway to Performance
Throughout the school year, there are opportunities for performance, creation, acting skill development, and collaboration. We see the value in developing skills and confidence in using them before an actual performance. Students are given an opportunity to perform on stage for a live audience at the end of the school year and during holiday programmes.
Exceptional Value
Our prices are unbeatable in the market—enough said. Compared to other performing arts centres, we provide not only the best value but also uncompromising quality.
